Terms of Service

This is an agreement between Dune Apps (“we”, “us”) and you (the merchant). By installing or using our app, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide software for Shopify merchants, including Dune: Restock Notifier. Features may evolve over time.

You must be legally able to enter into contracts and comply with your local laws and Shopify’s policies.

You must provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, obtain customer consent, and not abuse the service.

Charges are handled via Shopify Billing. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. You are responsible for your own privacy disclosures.

We retain all rights to the app. You retain all rights to your data.

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior. Do not disrupt our systems.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Support is provided via email.

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the services.

We may update these terms. Continued use signifies acceptance.
