• Operational data: product/variant/stock metadata required for restock alerts.
• Subscriber info (end customers): email address (and optional name) provided when they click “Notify me”.
• Logs/diagnostics: basic analytics, device/browser info, error logs (no sensitive contents).

3. How we use data

We use data to provide core features (waitlists, back-in-stock alerts, app configuration), improve reliability, and send transactional emails only. No unsolicited marketing.

4. Email sending

We send transactional emails via a trusted service. Each email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Lawful bases

We process data based on contract, legitimate interests, and consent.

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with necessary sub-processors under strict agreements.
