1. Who we are

Dune Apps builds tools for Shopify merchants. You can contact us at support@dune-apps.com.

2. What we collect

• Account & store info (merchant): store name, shop domain, contact email, plan type, app configuration.
• Operational data (Restock Notifier): product/variant/stock metadata required for restock alerts.
• Subscriber info (end customers): email address (and optional name) provided when they click “Notify me”.
• Store content data (SyncFlow): product, collection, page, and blog article data accessed via the Shopify API for translations, bulk edits, imports, and exports.
• Uploaded files (SyncFlow): spreadsheet files (Excel/CSV) you upload for mapping and processing. Files are retained only for the duration of the job.
• Organization & team data (SyncFlow): organization name, team member emails, roles, and invitation status.
• Workflow & mapping configurations (SyncFlow): saved column mappings, template preferences, and job run history.
• Billing & credit usage: subscription plan, credit balance, credit pack purchases, and usage history.
• Logs/diagnostics: basic analytics, device/browser info, error logs (no sensitive contents).

3. How we use data

We use data to provide core features — including back-in-stock alerts, translation processing, bulk edits, product imports, data exports, and team collaboration — improve reliability, and send transactional emails only. No unsolicited marketing.

4. Email sending

We send transactional emails via a trusted service, including back-in-stock notifications, job completion alerts, and team invitation emails. Each email includes an unsubscribe link where applicable.

5. Lawful bases

We process data based on contract, legitimate interests, and consent.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with necessary sub-processors under strict agreements.

7. Data retention & deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary and honor Shopify's data request workflows.

8. Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security safeguards to protect your data.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in various regions under appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

Our services are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
